Electrical system safety checks

We also carry out annual and one off portable appliance testing with a complete asset inventory and certificate on completion.
Landlord safety certificates
For landlords, an up to date EICR is a necessity. Once the inspection is completed, we’ll make an assessment and if necessary provide feedback or recommendations of any remedial works. We’ll then make the adjustments for you if required and complete our work by issuing you with a safety certificate.
Fire Alarm Testing
We also carry out weekly, quarterly and annual fire alarm tests.
